Through our platform of member-lenders we exploit our strengths and expertise in project financing we are able to successfully support  project development loans for clients whose financing has been declined by other financiers and lenders. How it works and how to apply?

Those seeking funding, they normally contact our affiliated partners, members or receive loan request through any recommended and accredited representatives who will apply for placing any listings for their requests on our platform which is visited by millions of business people globally.

In other words no one has access directly to advertise on our platform unless recommended by any active members who will use his or her own space on our platform. Members have unlimited number of pages for their listings on our platform.

Once any listing is placed by any outsider on our platform through any members or through the recommendation of any official representatives, then any members of IBC may contact the advertiser directly if he or she shows interest in providing finance by responding to the listing through their own brokers or representative.

In case several member-lenders show interest in the same project, they have to come at an agreement that only one of them may contact the project promoter. It's strictly prohibited for member-lenders to contact the same project promoter at the same time. They are allowed to do so only after the first lender does not feel satisfied by the fund-seeker.  Alternatively the multiple lenders are allowed to finance collectively if they wish to do so.

IBC's members not only provide funding for global projects but also invest and develop their own projects under on the advice of IBC and under its supervision and management through its various committees which has a team of experts and specialist in their respective areas.

Global Projects

Our Global Projects Committee coordinates with the IBC lenders and focuses on providing the best management and investment advice both to the lenders on whether the projects presented by lenders are promising or can mutually bring success .

The Global Projects Committee has innovative services team that proactively manages global projects and  professional services despite many challenges.

The Global Projects Committee takes the Lead and supports the project team with the objective to provide value and support to our client's and partners. We have developed a unified philosophy of services to our clients at any level in support of their success.  The Global Projects Committee ensures that all projects are well received and well evaluated in collaboration of the Project Evaluation Committee.
